BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING
Your reservation will be accepted upon payment of a deposit of 25% of the accommodation cost. This will then be confirmed to you either by post or e-mail. The balance will be payable 4 weeks prior to the required date. If booking within 4 weeks of the required date, the whole cost is payable upon booking.

CANCELLATION
In the event of a cancellation within 4 weeks of the start of the booking the deposit is forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the start of the booking we will endeavour to re-let the room(s) but if unsuccessful you will forfeit the balance of the cost. You are advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover this possibility.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your accommodation will be available from 16.00hrs on the day of arrival. Please vacate by 10.30 hrs on the day of departure.

EXCLUSIONS
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. Regrettably we cannot accept pets. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk is provided.
